About Us
Hambleton & Richmondshire Advocacy is an independent organisation and a registered charity (No. 1048994). The organisation was formed in 1994 to provide an independent advocacy service for people over the age of 18 living in our area (click for a map of our area) who need support to speak out for themselves. The organisation has an office in Northallerton and has both paid and volunteer advocates (click here if you are interested in being a volunteer advocate).
